Women and other LGBTQ+ members /allies only. I’m looking for something in the Hartford county area, preferably in the towns listed. I am looking for new roommate(s) to move elsewhere, or two people to move in to my current apartment in Frog Hollow and split the $1800 rent three ways. It’s a large three bedroom and albeit not in the nicest neighborhood, I personally feel safe here.

I have a cat as well as three birds, the birds aren’t nearly as loud as one would think. I would keep them sequestered in my room, and would love if my cat, Misty, had access to shared common areas so there’s some degree of separation. I have two jobs and am involved in the local theater scene, so there’s going to be a lot of the time where I’m using the apartment as a place to shower and sleep more than anything, and I’m gone a lot of weekends during the summer working my side hustle at conventions and art fairs. That being said, I also have a rather large craft stash, as well as a sewing cabinet and cutting table, so depending on room sizes I may end up spilling out a bit into the common areas, but will try my best to keep it all contained as possible! I’m a relatively quiet person, and have a ‘normal’ sleep schedule (sleep at night and am active during the day) and tend to keep any sort of major social situations outside of the apartment. I may have an occasional friend or two over, but mostly prefer socializing at restaurants and bars where people part ways after an hour or two.
