Hi there! I’m a 25-year-old recent law school graduate and soon-to-be attorney working in downtown Fort Lauderdale. I’m looking for a room in or around the Davie/Plantation/Sunrise area, though I’m open to other areas too as long as it isn’t too far from my job. I’m hoping to move in sometime in April.

What I’m Looking For:

• Maximum budget: $1,400 per month
• Similar age as me (20s to early 30s)
• Ideally no more than 2 other roommates (in other words, 3 people at most, including me)
• Private bedroom and bathroom
• In-unit washer and dryer
• No smoking
• Prefer to live with other men
• As long as you’re clean and respectful, we should be just fine

About Me:

• I’m a quiet, introverted guy. I’m shy, but I do enjoy talking to people, so if you’d prefer we keep to ourselves, that’s okay, and if you’d like to be friends or for us talk to each other in general, that’s fine too!
• I tend to stay indoors when I’m not working. My main hobbies are video games and anime, so I’m kind of a nerd in that regard haha. I also work out a few times a week.
• I always clean up after myself if I use anything, so you won’t ever see a dirty dish in the sink!
• I don’t smoke and rarely drink.
• I don’t have children and won’t be bringing any pets.
• I’m a bit of a night owl, but I make sure not to make very much noise, so even if you go to sleep early, you won’t notice I’m up.
