Hello there,

My name is Jake and I am currently living at my parents place near Telluride after spending some time adventuring around in South America. I will be moving to Durango hopefully on the 1st of May, if I am able to find a good place to call home. I already have a very solid full time job lined up on Main st. I am very interested in your listing, and would love the opportunity to talk a bit more about it. I am a pretty laid back, respectful, and considerate 22 y old. I pride myself in keeping my space clean and organized, and I don’t like having much impact on others, especially while in the same house. I was born and raised outside of Telluride, meaning I am no stranger to snowboarding, the river, climbing or any outdoorsy types. I personally would love to get myself headed toward being more of that type, and I was just able to find a new mountain bike. If there is any other info I can provide please let me know, and I’d be happy to oblige. And if there is any possibility for a tour/meeting I would be happy to make the drive out that way when my schedule allows it. Thank you very much for your time and consideration!
