Walter Bailey

Greetings, I’m Walter. I’m originally from Washington D.C., but I’ve been living in Maryland for the past four years. My friends would describe me as easy-going, sarcastic, analytical, and independent. In my free time, I like to spend my time outside, either alone or with others. On the weekends, I often go fishing, play basketball, go to the gym, read books, meditate, or volunteer at the local Soup Kitchen (S.O.M.E.). One of my favorite places to go to is the American Visionary Art Museum.

I’m a Network Operations Technician working a schedule of 8:00 am-5:00pm. During the week, I’m usually in bed by 10:30 and up by 6. On the weekends, I’m usually asleep by 11 and up around 7:30.

‍I’m a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time. I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work. I’m also not a smoker and I’m not into social media.

My monthly budget is $1200, and I’m looking to move in sometime during May. I’m hoping to find a room for rent near Baltimore, MD or Laurel, MD neighborhoods. I would like my own room, and I’m open to living with other people.

Here are some quirks and relevant information: I have a handsome, well trained boxer named Rowdy. He is five years old and is very good around people and other animals. He has a very mild mannered demeanor and he loves when you pet him and he loves playing catch. Woody is trained to be alone and crated all day. I take him on long walks so he gets adequate exercise. My favorite food is pancakes, I am an Aquarius, and I love music and art. My passion lies with technology and helping and teaching others.
