After 4 years in my present location, my landlord may be looking to sell the property unless we can locate another roommate. Should that occur, I will be looking to move into another room-share situation in the Denver area. I’m a professional federal manager with a security clearance, looking for a furnished room in a nice, secure property. I have great credit, and great references from my present and past landlords and younger roommates. I’m very clean, have a “normal” schedule, and am known to be easy to live with.
