Hi, my name is Eve. I’m a poli sci student looking to move to the City of San Diego, Oceanside, Escondido, San Marcos, Vista, Carlsbad, Encinitas, or somewhere else in Central San Diego County.

I’m looking to team up with 1 or 2 roommates to rent a place. OR to rent a vacant room.

ABOUT ME My hobbies include doing make-up, drawing animals, and thrifting. I attend CSUSM where I major in poli sci and minor in sustainability. I’m a clean person who is LGBTQ+ friendly, and gets along with almost everyone.

START DATE: between now and May 10 BUDGET: $1k - $1.2k (but if needed I may be able to pay a bit more)

NECESSITIES Parking Laundry in-unit or at the complex Roommates that are okay with living with my emotional support cat, Oliver. Since he’s an emotional support animal, a landlord can NOT ban him/he can live at places that ban pets. Roommates that are okay with me working hybrid or remotely, and at least semi-quiet during the day.
