I am 33 years old, I have stable income despite being disabled and I am honest, hardworking and determined to do my best despite issues.

I am currently working on recovery self improvement after 31 years of family related trauma. I am learning Spanish, learning how to code python and trying to work on getting my health in order. I prefer to keep a set but loose daily schedule. I am clean, and will automatically clean up any public spaces after I use them. I would like my own room that I can move my own furniture into. I do have a 5 year old male cat who is very laid back and yes he is neutered.

I tend to keep to myself most of the time as my anxiety is social triggered. I tend to be upfront about my situation and I try to balance my own needs with those around me but I do not enjoy being manipulated, deceived or used as free labor. I am a trauma survivor and mildly autistic with anxiety but I am able to care for myself and I do. I am happy to undergo a background check and any review processes requested.

I have my driver’s permit and I plan to test for my license later this year, I do not presently have a vehicle however but I am able to get around via public transportation and walking until that changes.

I am prompt with and questions and rental payments and my current roommate can also serve as a reference if needed.
