I’m a 27 year old male who is going through an amicable divorce. I’m needing to downsize due to my budget restrictions of being on one income. I’m quiet, respectful, will follow any rules to the best of my ability and I generally hate being in anybody’s way or a nuisance. I love board games, videogames, as well as building anything I have the opportunity to using wood/metal/etc… I’m an engineer at heart and love improving and building things. I’m currently trying to get into the IT field so I may begin working at home in the near future depending. I have one Cat named Bleu, he is an absolute sweetheart and while can be picky, doesn’t bother people much unless it’s me, loves meeting new people and is extremely nice to all he comes into contact with. I’m trying to start my life over at this point so I have many furniture items available if needed, otherwise they will be in storage.
