I am a 48yo woman with a 9yo child. My preference is a basement apt. or in-law suite. I’d like to stay in or near the Gwinnett County area. My lease is ending soon and I am looking for an opportunity to cut my overhead so that I can prepare to purchase a home in the next 12-18 months. I work full-time. Very neat and quiet. I’ve only been in Georgia a few years. Moved during the pandemic so I haven’t met many people aka no traffic.
