Hi! I’m an engineer working in Downtown. I’m moving to LA from Kansas City but grew up in Maryland. I cook most nights and prefer meal sharing setups. I like being around people 24/7 and can be found doing a large variety of hobbies (below). My cat loves attention but is fairly low energy and a great roommate. Unfortunately he is not compatible with other cats but he is compatible with calm dogs.

I’m looking for people in their 20s or early 30s and social. I’m a trans guy and open to living with any genders. Ideally my roommates and I would be friends.

I have a budget of up to 1,650 a month for rent, pet rent, utilities, & parking, and I’m moving to the city on June 26th. I’m looking for places particularly in Echo Park, Silver Lake, and Historic Downtown, with an emphasis on a walkable neighborhood/transit access. I’m open to offsite parking if transit is good enough.
