I’m a 20 year old, going on 21 here in about a month. I’ve recently found myself homeless after several family issues and non-supportive parents which ultimately led to an understanding that we cannot live under the same roof anymore. But, i’ve basically had to leave behind all of my belongings except the clothes I was able to take with me. I’m luckily staying with a high school friend temporarily just to keep the rain off of my head but the time is dwindling as she’d like me to find somewhere else to stay by summer as she fears her landlord might be unhappy with another person living there.

I’ve kept a steady job full-time 40 hours a week, for two years, working in a Deli. I make a reasonable wage with a raise in the works and all of overtime hours I could want if needed. I also do Uber Eats Delivery driving during the summer to have extra money to pay all of my bills. 

I don’t have a criminal background nor have I ever been in trouble with the law. I don’t party, I don’t do drugs, I don’t smoke and I’m basically either at work or I’m at home in bed with my phone quiet as a mouse. 

I have a great credit score with a bit of history. I have a credit card and I’ve taken out loans to build my credit and paid them perfectly on-time. The last apartment I applied to, they did a credit check and I believe it was around a 700. It may vary depending on the credit report company.
