Hello, I am looking for a new room rental in the Santa Rosa area. I have lived at my current residence for over 6+ years as a room rental however need to move as the property owner may be selling their property.

I love to cook and bake and was a professional cook in San Francisco. I don’t smoke or drink.
I am responsible, pay my rent on time, and am very clean and organized. Willing to negotiate rental amount within reason as I have stable non-fluctuating income.
