Hi! I’m a substitute teacher and lifelong resident of Campbell looking for affordable housing in the area. I’m a quiet person and tend not to have company over. My two hard requirements are that I need a private bedroom and bathroom, and I will have a cat (we can negotiate the cat’s access or lack thereof to the rest of the space). I’m alright with having minimal or no kitchen access, if you are alright with my having a small induction stove in my room. I also don’t require access to a dishwasher or laundry.

I work as a substitute teacher and make an average of $2300 a month after taxes. I don’t have a car. I have a bed already. I also have a couch I am willing to share.
