I live simple. I do not have a lot of stuff, and the things I do have mostly remain in storage. I am a graphic & web designer, and I’m a clean freak. I absolutely cannot stand living in a messy place, which is one reason why I’m looking for a new place to live. I run away from drama! I don’t want or need the stress in my life that drama causes. Right now my focus is to put away as much money as I can for investing, which is why renting a room makes more sense to me rather than renting a house or an apartment. My rental history is spotless, I have a good job and I work from 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. I am very handy around the house, and can fix just about anything. If it requires a tool, I can do it. My dog is small, professionally trained, and is registered as a certified emotional support animal.
