Spouse (JC) and I (Ralph) have just celebrated 26 years together married since 2015. Just relocated from Orlando. JC transferred and works as F&B manager for Marriott International (since 2005). I drive Uber / Lyft adding a permanent position as we find a place. We drive 2 VWs, a Beetle Convertible and a Golf Sportwagen. Prefer off street parking, not required. Willing to rent 2 bedrooms, a livable basement space or livable attic space though all we need is a single room to sleep. Studio, mother in law apartment would work as well. Our budget amount includes utilities. Willing to commute up to 35 miles to DT KCMO. We both are honest, trustworthy and genuine guys. We vape, can be limited to outside. We are quiet. No loud music, TV or any kind of Drama. When home we enjoy quiet time like streaming shows, working on the computer and reading. We are not vulgar or perverse in any way. We are very clean, courteous, kind and open minded. Lately we just go to work 55 - 60 hours each week and eat out. Drinking alcohol is not a common thing but does occur. Illegal drugs are not used but cannabis vapes occasionally. We are willing to help someone with transportation or errands as needed. Our last living parent, my mother, lives in Joplin, MO. I speak English and understand Spanish. JC speaks both English and Spanish fluently. We tend to be private and respectful of other’s privacy. Hopefully within 12 to 24 months we will looking to purchase a home again. We are both Veterans. Just looking to share a space, learn the area, save up some money and meet people.
