No kids or pets and NEVER smoked (not even vape)! We are a work from home couple who live in a fifth wheel full time. RV parks are difficult to get into and unpleasant so searching for people willing and able to have an RV pad installed on their property or who might already have one and don’t mind new neighbors. Use of your home is NOT necessary.

Requirements: No HOA with privacy from the road and from neighbors, space to park a 33’ trailer (36’x14’ minimum square) as well as two full size vehicles (not necessarily in the same place). Happy to pay reasonable deposits and install a dedicated electrical, water, and sewer connection at our expense (fantastic upgrade to your property). Happy to perform grounds or mechanical maintenance on the property as needed or for monthly credit.
