Well mannered, respectful of boundaries and preferences, i have a 10 year old daughter thats amazing on every level and just a joy to be around. She would be there on weekends and maybe for a few hours during the week. Im in an apprenticeship, i work very hard 10 hours a day four days a week. Wake up around 3/30am and usually wont return til about 4/5pm. Minimal needs and keep my space tidy. Looking forward to meeting a new friend and roommate.
