I’m older, quiet, responsible, fun, clean and friendly. My rental history is flawless as well as my criminal record. I’ve had no problems living with roommates in the past and have references available. I’m an artist looking to relocate to COLORado from my current residence in Albuquerque, New Mexico end of July 2019 to further my artistic career. I love art, music, theater, fishing and local culture. I have a cat who is my companion animal so pet friendly is a must. Primarily, I’m looking for a room to rent until I’m able to get my own place in the area.so my time spent in a roommate situation will be determined on that. I’m on Social Security, have a monthly trust, sell artwork and work part time if needed. I do need to work out of the home I live on my art.
