I am moving to Miami for about 6-12 months. I am looking for a one bedroom space. I have a car, so I’m also looking for parking availability. I am very quiet and respectful. I love having a peacful and clean space, so I will do my part to keep our space clean. I do own a small cat and a small italian Greyhound dog. My cat is mainly an outdoor pet so you shouldnt have to worry about her. My boy dog is tiny and quiet and very well behaved. I have been renting since I became financially independent and responsible at 18. I also have good references from all my past tenants.
