Hi — I’m an “older” student, have returned to Grad School and am currently finishing dual degrees at Nashville School of Law and Trevecca in Entertainment Management. I’m “rebuilding” and have an average lifestyle compatible with East Nash/Downtown Nash/Musician & Entertainment Industry peers. Just need a place to stay for the next 1-2 years (or longer) to wrap up these programs. I’m quiet and low-key, originally from Nash and did my first run at my 20s and 30s in Los Angeles, where I worked in film and TV. Just need a place to sleep and good internet access. We can hang out or not, I know how to live with people. LGBTQIA+ friendly would be nice. Happy to join a team. I have a dog and cat, but they can live with family if they must during this time so they get good backyard access, I’ll visit on weekends. My budget is “low” until graduation, and I work part-time gigs with concerts and freelance in the interim. Out of the house a lot, keep to myself in my room mostly, good at keeping shared areas clean.
