Looking for 1-2 roommates, for a Late August/Early September move in, I’ve been looking at Dupont/Logan Circle and Adams Morgan - I have to commute to work so open to neighborhoods. My budget is flexible, max maybe ~2.5/3K. With the car, parking is a must! I’m currently 25, and work in wealth management. I wouldn’t say I’m a clean freak but I like things to neat and organized. In my free time, I go through phases - sometimes it’ll be painting or making jewelry (right now I’m taking salsa classes). I would probably call myself an ambivert - equally like going out and staying in. Also, just wanted to throw in that I love architecture - and it would be so nice to find a place with charm (not just the overly modern block buildings - not a must but…)
