I am looking for a roommate for the upcoming semester at MSU. I would like to live somewhere within walking distance of the campus. I stay relatively clean and organized, am pet-friendly, and also have furniture for a living room if we rent someplace unfurnished.

You do not have to be a college student, though <25 years old is preferred. I expect you to stay relatively clean as well. I will be gone for most of the summer, but willing to sign a lease early.
