I work pretty frequently so won’t be home very often, actually looking to pick up a second job after I move. I recently switched companies from one in San Diego, so now I’m looking for places near Oceanside as it’s about a 45 mile drive from my current place haha. I have tons of references, clean background, and definitely a friendly person. I always keep my stuff neat, not one to leave a mess. I don’t do drugs or drink and I’m single so no sketchy guests. I ride a motorcycle so I won’t be taking up much parking space. I like to play games when I get the chance with my best friend or brother as they both live out of state, I enjoy working on my bike/going for rides, and I’m a little bit of a workaholic. I have a 3 year old cat that has been with me since he was born, he is very well-trained and has never scratched, hissed, or bitten anyone and is used to other animals, he’s also litter trained.
