I can move before 5/31- I only said this because my current lease ends 6/4 I believe. There are two and three bedrooms where I live if interested we definitely could move into another apartment onsite at anytime. I am 53, established and sold my home. My apartment rent for a one bedroom is more than double what my 3bedroom home mortgage was!! I have furniture- I’ve gotten rid of most of it but I do have bedroom furniture and some living room furniture. I have a dog and two cats (one lives on the outside patio and only comes in if I forget to feed her, the other cat is Garfield and he is a trip and goes in and out) both are 13 years old. I have a 10lb Shihtzu dog who will be 6 this July. I work at home. I am home the majority of the time so I am able to watch the home and do whatever is needed (turn off the coffee pot - I don’t drink coffee but will be glad to make some, etc.). I’m pretty quiet but I do talk on the phone a lot of the day.
