I’m extremely easy to live with, and looking for the same. I’m in my 40s, laid back, friendly (but tend to keep to myself - not nosy or intrusive in the least), no criminal record of any kind, no drugs at all whatsoever, no mental issues, no drama, financially stable, and overall will pretty much just do my own thing while keeping mutually-used places like the kitchen clean after using it. Looking for a place for at least 2yrs, most likely much longer. Please be looking long-term as well, at least a year. As far as when, in about 2-4mos (4mos max).

My story is an extremely long one, but in short, about 8yrs ago, I lost everything. I had to rebuild over the years, and haven’t accumulated a whole lot as far as material things since then. My main focus was improving my credit and getting back on my feet. I’ve gotten to a good place credit-wise and financially, and looking to go back to college to finish a physics degree.

Ideally, hoping to attend USF in fall, pending acceptance of admission for that semester. My time is mostly work, studying (have to brush up after an 8yr layoff from college), playing some games here and there, and relaxing a bit from time to time. That’s pretty much it. I’m not a partier, I’m single (focused on college, not a relationship), not a whole lot of friends in the area (haven’t lived here long), and so just me you’d be dealing with.

I had a roommate in the past, and he described me as “the easiest person to live with that he ever had live with him.” I really am extremely easy to deal with, and I need peace in my life so I can focus on college.

Before you reach out, please make sure that you fulfill the following: no drugs, no mental issues, no drama, no criminal record, financially stable, no late-night partying, no sketchy people hanging around the home, and looking for pretty much the same as me - someone to live with to save money.

I do want something close to USF to save time (I work remotely on my computer, so USF is my only location focus). So if you’re located (or looking) more than a 30min drive or so from USF, I’m not a good fit for you.

Since I am planning to go to college and as such, will be on a limited but reliable budget, I really don’t want to be spending more than 800 at absolute max. If I can find something more affordable, even better. I’m not really worried about size of the place. So long as I have a room that can fit my bed, my dressers, and my computer, that’s really all I need at this point in my life. I have a friend where I can keep my other things at after moving. Affordability and someone who fulfills my above requirements is my two priorities.
