I work remote M/F and am in-office T/W/Th 90% of the time (please be aware that there are times I will be working from home the entire week). Hours vary between 6am-5pm. I have a small 8-10lb dog depending on if she’s eaten extra that day, will be 2y/o by May. She’s a yappy one but we are working on it, and I keep her close as she’s got a habit of nibbling on a hand to be pet and will cuddle and ask for pets all day if she could.

Some of my time is taken up to myself for reading, streaming, gaming, music, arts, going to late night shows, etc.

Most of my time aside from work will be taken up by helping my family (have been helping take care of them for about 15+ years now, since a child, and truly need my own space separate from everything to decompress and live). Both parents are disabled and I have a younger brother around my age, he will visit from time to time. Sometimes a friend could visit or overnight, but am open to house rules.

I am heavy footed, and ideally would not be on the second floor so I don’t disturb those below me. Plus I play with my dog as she’s entirely indoors at the moment. Am currently trying to figure out the T/W/Th situation for her as I don’t want to leave her left alone the entire day.

I do need to be able to use the kitchen. Taking care of my family means I’ve learned to cook and clean for myself. Although I do have the occasional lazy spells so would do well with a chore chart (again, open to house rules). I’m heavy on projects and scheduling, need a schedule to stay stable but leave enough room for fun and myself.
