Cora & Ava

Hi y’all! My name’s Cora (23F), and my roommate Ava (23F) and I are looking for a third to apartment hunt with. Neighborhood-wise we’re only looking at East Williamsburg, Bushwick, and Ridgewood. Our budget is around $3.4k total.

About us: I work at a performing arts non-profit and Ava works in publishing. We both work hybrid jobs, so we’ll be around during weekdays. We go out fairly often (bars, clubs, concerts, movies, etc.) and stay up late on the weekends. We’re both artists (me: writer, Ava: painter). Ava likes to run, I’m into yoga. At home, we like to watch things together, play games, cook, and vibe.

Would be a good fit if: You’re relatively clean - you don’t need to be extremely clean, but we’re the “no dishes left in the sink overnight” type of people. You like cats - I have an incredibly social and friendly cat (Disco), and you probably would not enjoy living with her if you weren’t a cat fan. You want roommates you can be friends with! We’re wanting someone we can hang out with at home and potentially go out with.

Would prefer someone already living in NYC, but it’s not a dealbreaker.
