Hey there!

My name is Evan and I’m making the jump from California to New York, aiming for the summer of 2024.

I currently work at Whole Foods and finishing up my degree in English. In my spare time I enjoy writing; I published my own poetry book in 2021. I enjoy going out and reading poetry at open mics. I also write screenplays and scripts, and always looking for aspiring actors to work with. I love filmmaking, whether it’s a short film, content for IG/TikTok, or feature films, however I feel like expressing something. I enjoy doing improv comedy and performing, theater and acting as well! Another hobby of mine is photography, mainly street photography. Feel free to check out my instagram for that :)

I love to travel. It’s one of the most rewarding experiences. You learn so much about the world, others and yourself as you push yourself out of your comfort zone. I try to travel as much as I can.

I’m really clean and tidy, nothing makes me feel worse about myself than a dirty living area, so I always do my part in making sure I’m picking up after myself.

I’m quiet, I’m not the party type. Or at least I don’t bring people over to party! If I want to host a few friends for a wholesome dinner party I always communicate that to my fellow roomies (you’re invited of course).

I love to cook. If we get along well enough I would definitely cook you some meals every now and then. I’m not a Michelin chef, but I can hold my own in a kitchen.

I do enjoy meeting and interacting with new people. There’s something to learn from everyone. I can potentially be your new best friend!
