I’ll be working from home; my schedule M-F potentially thinking about picking up a second evening job just to pay debts off. I enjoy the company of animals, but am content without them too. I prefer things clean and tidy, consistent clutter stresses me, prefer a dish washer within the house 👀 though not a must. I’m looking for a quiet space over all but that doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy the occasional get together of others- I’m here for it if you host something, but that isn’t something I’d likely host in our space on my own. I enjoy board games, video games, hikes, roller skating. Easy to be around, laid back, but not messy. Would like the ability to bring my girl friend over for the night on occasion.

$850 is my max and must include all amenities. Honestly looking for a bit cheaper ($750)
