I am a queer/lesbian single Mom of a seven year old boy looking to cut costs and team up to rent a three bedroom house in Nyack, NY with another queer friendly human. We are a healthy life style family, organic, nature loving, and musical. Looking for something with outdoor space and separate floors for our family if possible. I’d cover 2/3 of the rent and you’d cover 1/3 for your own room/space. I work from home so ideally looking for someone who works away from home, could sign lease with us, and is financially stable, respects young people, and holistically inclined. All ages welcomed. If we find something before July 1st that’s a good fit, I can sign a lease sooner.
