Hi im looking for a room for rent in the areas listed. I work at a gas company that is M-F. On the side I do Instacart gig delivery for extra income each week.

I am a non smoker/drinker, I go to church multiple times a week, and I am respectful of other people. I like to keep to myself however I do like good community and company. Im usually doing things or at work during the day. Would prefer somewhere where I can have a few close friends (from church who are respectful), over from time to time.

Looking primarily in Stockton, Lodi and Lathrop. $900 budget.
