Hello, I am seeking a room with private bathroom (preferably) in a house. I will be helping my youngest pay for college, so renting a room will allow me to stay within budget. My preferred move-in date is June 8th. . About me:

1. Great credit and rental history and stable employment.
2. Honest and trustworthy, kind, helpful, financially responsible, diplomatic, assertive and respectful, fun, 80% extrovert/20% introvert, Aries sign.
3. Rarely consume alcohol, no drugs or smoking of any kind. 
4. My children are ages 29, 25, 24, and 18. Except for my 18 year old, my children are all self sufficient adults. 

my beliefs:

1. Good things happen to good people. 
2. if you hit rock bottom, the only way to go is up.
3. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.
4. Always make an effort to smile and say hello to a stranger. 
5. Leave it better that you found it.
6. Work smarter not harder.
7. Surround yourself with people who are smarter than you.
