Hi everyone 👋🏼 My name is Thainá, I’m from Brazil, I’m 29 years old and I’m a very relaxed, laid back, easy going person. I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I’m not really a party girl (I have my moods), most days I’ll be out of the house 7am and go back 6pm, and I’m looking for a female roommate on her mid 20s, early 30s to share a 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATHROOM apartment in FORT LEE - NJ. The application for the apartment has already been made, it has already been accepted, there is NO need to provide any proof of income (I already did this myself), I just need someone to come in with me and help me share all the fees to get into the apartment (rent, security deposit and broker fee). Sharing in between two people is easier and more affordable for both parties. Entry would be for MAY 1st. The apartment rent is $2,750 + bills (electric, gas, etc.), which means $1,375 + $50-$60 (maybe) for each (depends on how much we use monthly). If you have a car, you can get a spot for $100 extra.

I’m looking for a roommate who is drama free, relaxed, laidback and preferably a non-smoker. I don’t want those crazy rules like “you can’t do this, you can’t do that, no guests, no sleepover”. Our home is a place to relax and where we need to feel comfortable to rest after a long day of work, so you will be free to do whatever you want.
