Hello. Im a healthy 61 year old single woman with a well behaved dog. Only smoke 420 on occasion (not everyday). Don’t drink or smoke cigarettes. Looking to rent for at least a year. Would like to stay close to Woodland Park because my horses are boarded there. I have a part time job at TCRAS in Divide, I also receive a pension from retirement, and I have income from a home that I own at the Lake of the Ozark that is vacation rental. I am a very positive and happy person with ambition.
