My dream location would be to live somewhere along the Santa Monica Mountain roads. I’m a long time renter that has lived in shared living spaces for over 20 years with great success. Longest was 16 years with fluctuating 2-5 roomies in a large house. I am an excellent caretaker - I’m clean, polite, friendly, and being from Alaskan family contracting background I know how to fix and maintain every aspect of a home. I have a good job of 13 years, and enjoy my work around Calabasas area. Currently the greater LA area is proving to be too much to gain a foothold on life and I’d like to save money for a better future. I am very dynamic and resourceful when it comes to living space and situations. I plan to be out of town from Thursday night Through Monday night as much as possible. Some TMI. I think it is fair to say that I get along respectfully with females and I think it’s polite for men to sit in a shared bathroom or anytime for that matter.

I am looking to live minimalist, however I do have a garage of extremely useful tools for carpentry and renovations for paint, electrical, HVAC, framing, and regular house repair maintenance. I plan to move them out of town unless your space provides a safe place to set them up and store them/use them.

I am also a network engineer and have extensive knowledge of setting up networks and security systems. I have that equipment if that is a value to your property. I have access to, and experience setting up Starlink. I’m basically a landowners dream tenant.

I enjoy bike riding, backcountry hiking/camping, photography, and travel. All of which I had to stop doing after moving into higher rent situation.

This is why I am looking to move now.
