I’m an active female senior citizen, native to NYC, semi-retired, living on a fixed income. Very quiet. Clean. Responsible. Friendly!

NO SMOKING/Drugs. (I have allergies, so I prefer roomate to not smoke in apartment.Thanks in advance!) If you have a pet that is fine by me.

My move in time is flexible, but looking at April. References available.
