I am a cigarette smoker, but i smoke outside and dont litter. I have a son i would like to have visit on some weekends sometime, so be nice if we can keep common areas neat and reasonably clean after ourselves and out of common courtesy. Be able to reason, comprimise, respect boundaries, privacy, sleep- be an adult; i am not your mother or child and neither are you mine.
