Hello, I’m a 35-year-old Florida native on the lookout for a cozy place to call home, and I come with the company of three amazing cats. I have a clean background and work full time as an audit supervisor for a third party tag and title company. I’ve been living with my best friend for the past few years but she’s moving back in with family to go to school once our current lease is up by the end of April.

I’m a laid-back person who tends to keep to myself, but that doesn’t mean I shy away from the occasional outing with friends. I would definitely prefer a living space that’s not too noisy or frequently filled with visitors.

I pride myself on being mindful and respectful of shared spaces, especially in areas like the kitchen and bathroom. I firmly believe in cleaning up after myself ensuring a tidy and peaceful place. I’m always open to discussing and finding mutually agreeable solutions for maintaining our living situation. It’s important to me that we have open communication and cooperation in regards to the home and each other.

My amazing cats: Andy (13 years old): Mild-mannered, occasionally playful, snores loudly and will shy away from making new friends. He’s very much my baby.

Bean (8 years old): A bit of a dainty princess, full of sass, and selectively affectionate on her terms. Can easily be coaxed into playtime.

Illian (6 years old): An odd, special little guy who warms up to you in minutes. Expect him to charm his way into your heart with longing stares, gentle taps, and cat conversation. He’s talkative and loves making new friends.

I’m excited about finding the perfect place that aligns with my vibe. Looking forward to meeting potential roommates who appreciate a laid-back atmosphere and, of course, the company of my beloved cats!
