Currently hoping to find a great roommate to share house with. Although I am open to “team ups,” I prefer it just be the two of us and I am okay if you have children. All of my kids are adults so they will not be moving with me. There will rarely (if ever) be visitors on my end. I do like somewhat of a peaceful environment, loud parties and people constantly going in and out are not for me. I adore pets, but am allergic to longhair cats. Also, not a fan of aggressive breeds, particularly Pitt bulls. Sorry, I have a fear of them.

I would get along with most people I think, unless we are complete opposites. However, anyone mid 30’s-50’s, mature, friendly, clean and organized (at least in the main areas) would be great.

I am a 44 year old woman who works in Mental Health with adolescents. My work hours are usually in the evenings and sometimes I do work overtime. Single, so you don’t have to worry about a significant other staying over. As for drinking-I do not. Smoking, I don’t do that either.

If you are of another culture I am open to that as well, as I love diversity and learning new things. We can share many stories together-no matter who you are.
