Hi all. Starting this potential search now. My lease is up in June and my roommate is moving in with their boyfriend and I am on the look out for a place. Really open to any area as long as it’s about 15 minutes from downtown. I’m 34. I work two jobs. I’m an elixir bar manager and event coordinator for Asheville dispensary in Northshore. This means legal weed is a regular part of my life, but I don’t smoke flower indoors or smoke cigarettes at all. I don’t want my house to smell like weed. I also bartend part time a few days week at a sushi and hibachi restaurant. My off time is spent paddle boarding. If you’re into paddling, I have extra boards and you’re welcome to join anytime! I have a very old husky who is 14 (he is old and has dementia and doesn’t do much), but he’s emotional support certified so he doesn’t disqualify from housing. I also have a cat who is infinitely sweet. My animals will get along with any and all animals and people. I honestly don’t mind guy or girl roommate, but LGBTQ+ friendly and loving animals is a must.
