Looking for short-term lease

I’m originally from Scotland. Lived in the U.S. for 3 years now. I’m looking for month-to-month lease for 3 months (April, May, June) with the possibility to extend longer. My budget is $1300 max.

I’m working full time in North Park and am out of the house from 8-5 Tuesday-Saturday. Ideally looking for something around that area for an easy commute.
