READY to move ASAP! I’m a mature, clean professional, that loves the Lord and ideally seeks a basement. I must keep my peace and quiet for song writing and all the creative things I love doing…. I appreciate God’s beautiful birds chirping in early mornings and late evenings. I’m a people person, but I’ll not intrude on you and know my boundaries, unless you invite my interaction. Essentially, I mind my own business and expect the same of you (I know I’ll see you at least once a month…lol).

I prefer female housemates versus male homeowners, plz. I've NO pets or precious little children that live with me. I prefer not to share bathrooms. However, I'm flexible with kitchens (I'm hardly home to be in them). Hopefully, parking isn't too far from the house and securtiy is tennant-friendly? I do NOT ride motorcycles. It was a fun memory I thought you'd appreciate so i shared it. I own one car ( lol). I use no forms of ANY substance abuse. NONE! I've never smoked in my life nor desire to do so ( so no introductions, please). I create and guard my precious space tightly. I love quietness a lot, laughter is also a great part of my personality, lots of it. But, I need to create and thinking quietly has a lot to do with creating material. I always pay my bills on time and will be a good fit for any situation we agree on during our interview, until then, I'll keep looking!
