Hello!

I am looking for 2 unfurnished bedrooms to rent for my adult son and I. We’re both quiet, polite introverts. We’re moving to Sherman Oaks so my son can attend a job program. He will be gone Monday-Friday all day. I work from (in my room) with my senior miniature dachshund by my side. My son and I do not smoke as we’re both allergic to it and cats, as well as perfumes, and anything scented. We’re tidy and clean up after selves. We are both laid back, open minded and non judgmental. We’re are also both nerds, and artists. We have visited California for years, and this is the first time we will be able to fulfill our dreams of living there.
