I am looking just for myself. Non-drinker. I pay my bills on time, enjoy cooking meals at home, a quiet and a tidy person. I am very flexible about things , I like watching movies but I also enjoy going out with friends too.
I am looking to rent one room in an apartment or a house that’s in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I prefer to have kitchen privileges, and either a shared garage or on-site parking for my one car. Also I want a washer and dryer inside this house or condo .
