I’m employed full time, I don’t smoke and only drink socially. I also don’t own any pets and pay rent on time. I mostly keep to myself as work and education keep me pretty busy, but I do enjoy being social and going out with friends. I moved to the area and have been living in a studio for close to a year now. My lease ends in June and I’m thinking of moving out when it ends for various reasons. The main reason being the potential of saving money, but also having access to a kitchen, as my current unit only has a sink.
