Looking to rent a room or find a roommate to split an apartment or house with. My budget is 1,000 but seeking out the most affordable options first. You must be okay with children and easy going. We are clean, fun, responsible and respectful. My biggest priority is safety as I’m a single parent. Our lives are pretty busy with school and work, and we like to get out on the weekends and outdoors as much as possible. We love animals but have no pets of our own. When we’re home I like to cook and have a glass of wine. My son does art or watches tv/plays video games.
