Hi everyone! Myself and my girlfriend are looking for a place to move into mid July- Beginning of August(July 1st the earliest). I am a freshmen attending UCSD in the fall and my girlfriend will be attending community college. We both work and will be transferring jobs when we move. We are looking for either a private studio or a room with its own bathroom. Budget is $1600/month(could do more for a private studio). Within a 20 min drive of UCSD. Along bus route/ trolley would be great but not required. We would prefer female roommates, but couples are ok. Pets ok. Overnight guests ok. Must be LGBQT friendly. Room doesn’t need to be furnished but it’s ok if it is. Open to matching with potential roommates to get a place together also. A little about us . We love the beach, hiking, and are foodies. Are also perfectly fine with staying home and relaxing too. Laid back and easy going and open to making new friends with roommates.
