**My current lease ends Aug 29th. What I’m looking for a ROOM TO RENT. But not a roommate. I’d prefer not to live with a family. I dislike drama of any kind. I’m very quiet. Most of the time I keep to myself. Hopefully once I get a routine, I’ll be out of the house visiting family in Hampstead and Surf City.

My budget and area My strict budget is $700 WITH ALL utilities included. I’m looking to live around Kings Grant, Northchase, Castle Hayne, Murrayville (Major MAYBE on the following), Ogden/Porters Neck/Kirkland OR Mayfaire.

A little about me! I am single, no kids, no drama. I’m 43 1/2. I speak english and spanish fluently. I LOVE fishing, traveling, beaches. My hobbies are; photography, acrylic painting on canvas, reading. I like watching tv/movies, music and singing (even if I can’t carry a tone). I LOVE farms and all animals. But thanks to my grandparents on both sides, my favorite animals are chickens! LOL I hope to one day have a couple hens. When I can I love riding my beach cruiser bicycle.
