I am a highly sincere roommate who is respectful, responsible, quiet and clean with a positive attitude and healthy habits. I am originally from Europe mixed between two countries (I visit annually or whenever I can) and went to school in Boston,MA (high school and college). I currently work as a manager at a hotel since 2017 in the area and I also do side projects as a marketing professional. I am drama free person with no kids nor any issues.

I need to move out from my current place in San Clemente because the owner is selling the house; I have been there since 2016 as the only roommate and never had issues; I was considered as the best roommate ever. I eventually will be moving to my own place in the future as I am planning to live in the area. However, for now I am looking for another place anytime between now and April 30th.
