Hi, I’m looking for a living space with people who value kindness, peace, and good communication. Obviously, I’m a very relaxed person to be around. I do yoga and meditate. Don’t mind keeping to myself at all, yet I like to engage when appropriate with a smile. I’m a pretty neat and tidy, and I always clean up right after every meal. I don’t like a lot of clutter, so my space will usually always be organized. I present as a guy most of the time but sometimes as a female very discretely (nights/weekend evenings) with respect to others as necessary. I have a guaranteed monthly income plus I work part time. Excited about moving on from where I’ve been the last ten years (same place) in to a new residence. Prefer a female but will consider all for sure! Thank you for reading!
